Due to the intimate nature of our products, items that have been worn or washed cannot be accepted for health and safety reasons.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and hygiene seals are undisturbed to qualify for a refund.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
